Average pricing for our buses can range anywhere from $100-$250 per hour. It depends on the dates booked (holidays, weekends vs. weekdays, weeknights), desired locations, and amount of time the LimoBus is rented for. We have a minimum of 4 hours for most parties, but do offer flat rate transportation on Lake Parties when you also book a Party Boat with us at Austin's Boat Tours. Visit our online reservations page for equipment, pricing and availability. To get a custom quote, please fill out the contact form or call us at 476-LIMO with specific details about your party and we will customize a fair price to meet your needs.
How many people can I bring?
All of the ATX Party Buses can hold 20-25 people. Depending on the size of the people and amount of space wanted by your party, 25 may be a bit crowded since wrap around seating will allow some people to stretch out more than others. Only bring 25 if you are "sure" that you are all close friends. For a corporate event where you don't want to sit that close to your boss, then you may want to cut it at 20 (or consider the "Big Boy" which allows for more space)!
Can we drink alcohol in the bus?
Yes you can! However, if you bring alcohol everyone in your party must be at least 21 years of age. We cannot buy or provide alcohol to you (TABC law) but if you run out on the trip we can definitely stop somewhere and you can buy more. We have a cooler you can use but you may want to bring additional coolers of your own. Just keep in mind how many people are in your party so you do not feel crowded.
Can we smoke in the bus?
Sorry, but there is no smoking at anytime on any of the ATX Party Buses. The enclosed area does not allow enough ventilation for cigarette smoking. We also have to make sure no damage is done to the LimoBus from cigarette burns, etc. If some people in the bus need to smoke, just ask the driver to pull over at the next convenient location and he will let you out to smoke. We do allow eCigs/Vapor but you may want to limit their use in consideration of your fellow passengers.
What if someone gets sick in the bus?
If anyone starts to feel like they are going to be sick, please let the driver know as soon as possible so he can pull over. Otherwise please be aware of where the trash bin is located in the bus, especially if you are prone to motion sickness. If a mess is made on the floor, there is a cleaning charge of $75.
What kind of sound systems are in the ATX Party Buses?
We have gone to great lengths to make sure you have the best sound to keep your party going all night long. Typically the party buses are equiped with high powered, mutli-speaker, multi-woofer sound systems capable of blowing out your ear drums (we don't recommended you play the tunes quite that loud). All stereos have auxiliary connectors which allow you to connect your own device. Standard 1/8" connectors are provided but bring your own cable if your device requires something specific (must adapt to a 1/8" phone plug for the stereo).
What other features are there?
We have flatscreen televisions, striper dance poles, laser lights beaming from every corner giving you that club feel, wrap around leather seating, and cup holders for both cans and champagne flutes.
Is there a bathroom?
No we do not have a bathroom but we can stop for you when necessary.
What is the process to reserve?
Once you have decided to book your party, there is a $200 non refundable deposit to hold your reservation and you can pay the remainder at the end of your party. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Please use the online reservations page to request your booking or use the contacts page to request assistance.
Should we tip the driver?
Yes, gratuity is very much appreciated by the driver and a typical tip is 15-20%. The drivers work hard to make sure you have a great time while keeping everyone safe. Show them your appreciation with a nice tip.
Who is responsible for damages to am ATX Party Bus?
No one wants to have this happen but if it does, the credit card used to reserve the bus will be charged for any damage caused by your group. This includes cleaning charges for sickness in or on the bus, ripped seats, broken electrical equipment, etc. We will get a quote to have the damage repaired and pass that charge on to you. You will also be responsible for any direct losses which result from the bus being "out of service" while repairs are completed.
